简介

iPSC源肝脏类器官 (d-model) 是一款新型的仿生肝脏类器官产品,通过人类肝脏发育过程的关键信号通路,经过诱导分化产生。相比s-model(Cat.3d0120)d-model在具备原有4种肝脏细胞类型的基础上(ALB+肝细胞、CK7+胆管细胞、CD68+库否细胞、以及VIM+肝星状细胞),更实现了血窦化。这些LYVE1+CD31+肝血窦内皮网络交织地贯穿于ALB+肝细胞簇中,从而大大延长了d-model的培养时间,为慢性研究与分析提供了一个从容不迫的时间窗。此外,该产品经过了特殊工艺改良,彻底实现了基质胶脱离式培养;这不仅免去了在传统方法中的基质胶包被处理、分析前脱胶处理等繁琐操作,更提升了检测结果的一致性及稳定性,因此尤其适合用于高精准需求的肝病模拟、药效测试、毒性评价、及再生相关研究。
