简介

iPSC源小肠类器官 (d-model) 是一款新型的仿生肠道类器官产品,通过小肠发育过程的关键信号通路,在体外诱导分化产生。相比s-model(Cat.3d0130),d-model不仅具备s-model的全部肠道细胞类型(CDX2+VIL+肠上皮细胞、LYZ+潘氏细胞、MUC2+杯状细胞、CHGA+神经内分泌细胞、LGR5+隐窝干细胞、VIM+间质细胞、以及α-SMA+平滑肌细胞),还拥有肠道神经元(TUJ1+)。此外,该产品经过了特殊工艺改良,彻底实现了基质胶脱离式培养,并支持长期培养,在悬浮培养条件下功能性维持>1个月。因此不仅免去了在传统方法中的基质胶包被处理、分析前脱胶处理等繁琐操作,更提升了检测结果的一致性及稳定性,尤其适合用于高精准需求的疾病机制解析、药物测试、及再生相关研究。
