简介

原始消化道的前段后部(PFG, posterior foregut),是肝脏发育的起始位点。本品为经过iPSC诱导分化产生的高质量PFG细胞,即PFGC。将冻存的PFGC复苏后,可通过“肝祖细胞向肝类器官分化试剂盒(Cat. 3d0021)”产生大量成熟的iPSC源多谱系肝类器官。iPSC源多谱系肝类器官具备肝细胞(ALB+)、胆管细胞(CK7+)、肝星状细胞(VIM+)、以及肝巨噬细胞(即Kupffer细胞,CD68+)。已被验证的肝脏功能超过20项,包括白蛋白/尿素分泌、糖原储存、脂质代谢、P450药物代谢酶活性与可诱导性等。适合用于肝病机制研究、药物筛选、组织修复等研究。
